Research report: Financing Carbon Management in Developing Countries

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Foundation has been supported by Nimra Ejaz, A Research Fellow from Harvard University. This work hason a will culminate in a report on developing country financing for CCUS, covering key case studies from around the world and offering regulatory and policymaking suggestions that advance the deployment landscape for CCUS in developing countries.

Nimra Ejaz

Nimra was Foundation’s Summer Associate for 2025, and supported the development of project finance for carbon management in countries party to the Carbon Management Challenge. She previously worked in public finance management, climate resilience & climate finance for a sub-national government in Pakistan.

Nimra is currently a candidate for the Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) program at Harvard University and holds a BSc. in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
