OUR MISSION:
To accelerate the positive social and environmental impact of carbon management projects worldwide, through impact-oriented philanthropic financing.
OUR VISION:
To significantly reduce atmospheric carbon, in the interests of collectively meeting our global net-zero goals.
Our Story
Decarbonization is a critical piece of the climate puzzle, and it is particularly challenging in “hard-to-abate” industrial sectors. Something also needs to be done about the carbon already in the atmosphere. Carbon management provides a unique opportunity to address both challenges.
The Foundation is in prime position to advance this work, hand-in-hand with the wider philanthropic community. We can play a critical role in de-risking investments in carbon management technology, building community buy-in for critical projects, and developing a workforce that is well-equipped to steward positive environmental and social action as a result.
Our Leadership
Our core leadership team is comprised of experts who bring diverse experience, skillsets and perspectives, allowing us to take a well-rounded, mission-driven approach to carbon management.
